Sanoj is a passionate individual who fully immerses himself in his work as a UI/UX professional. I have met very few individuals who excel in their professional expertise, think outside the box, and precisely understand dynamic business requirements.

Sanoj has earned a reputation for his exceptional work throughout his career. As a former Virtusan, I have heard of Sanoj’s quality of work and the high level of professionalism he maintained during his tenure at Virtusa.

Sanoj has extensive experience in lean software development practices and new product development, which he demonstrated at Spemai when the company accelerated its expansion into Southeast Asia. Even during critical business operations with many dynamic challenges, Sanoj managed to conduct his own R&D and add value to the product, earning appreciation from clients and investors across Southeast Asia.

I am writing this recommendation to express my high regard for Sanoj’s work and to encourage him to continue growing. With my experience, I am confident that Sanoj has the potential and attitude to become a global UI/UX guru.
